Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
